You can spread the cost of most things these days, but driving lessons has never been one of them.
Now you can take up to 4 hours of tuition per week and pay just £88.00 per month, that’s the equivalent of a very affordable £20.00 per week.
Great! So how does it work?
Here at Kelvin White driving school we have a special agreement with a private finance company who offer a fantastic service to those who are struggling with the cost of their driving lessons.
You pay a deposit of just £85.00 on your first lesson; this can be paid by card to the office or direct to your driving instructor on the day of your first lesson.
You then pay £88.00 per month for a period of nine months, starting one month after you commence your lessons.
So what do you get for your money?
- You will receive 30 full hours of tuition
- The practical test fee of £62.00 is included
- You will receive “unlimited” theory practice with our fantastic online training programme
- Cask back of £50.00 when the payment schedule is complete
If you do not feel ready for test at the end of the 30 hour period arrangements can be made to “top up” your credit and extend the payback period.
Should you be ready for your driving test before you’ve used the 30 hours, you will get a full refund of any unused training time.
Since we launched the scheme back in July it’s proved to be extremely successful with an acceptance rate for credit of 95%.
This is not like a bank loan, where there is a very strict criteria and many people are turned down. Our finance partners just need to verify who you are and where you live. All correspondence is done by email; they do not telephone you or arrange any visits. You simply send in a few documents to prove I.D. and in most cases approval takes just a few days.
Those under the age of eighteen will need a guarantor, like a parent for example.
